![]() ![]() I LOVE this kind of thing and it earned her a little extra when it came to tip time. Additionally, after seeing me polish off my first glass of iced tea pretty quickly, she was forward thinking enough to bring my refill as a full extra glass of ice and a carafe of tea so I could refill my own at will. ![]() Our waitress was spot on with everything we needed exactly when we needed it. Here they brew real tea and it's a perfect strength/color. Often when you do, it's either weak or bitter. In Arizona you don't always find real brewed iced tea. Also.I'm from the south and I drink iced tea. I simply whipped up a couple of my own eggs and added the warmed up goodies the next day. The food was so plentiful that we brought home enough potato, toast and pancake leftovers for another breakfast. Very tasty and really didn't need even butter or syrup. It arrived fat and fluffy and covering the entire plate. They are HUGE! i ordered a single sweet potato pancake and had them add pecans. A word to the wise - check out the photos and believe your eyes on these. We'd also heard about the specialty pancakes. Hubby opted for hash browns instead and got a huge portion of those too. I took this to heart and got the home fries and rye toast. I had been warned by the folks recommending that the omelet was big and that if you ordered the biscuits and gravy as your side to be prepared for another full plate of food. You then have your choice of home fries, hash browns, tomatoes, toast, biscuits & gravy as your side. The cheese was not overwhelming (though i'm not sure it's 'real' american cheese because of the way it melted in - but i also didn't bother to ask since it tasted great). The green chiles were in just the right amount and scattered throughout the omelet so that i got a great smoky chile taste in every bite just like you'd want. My omelet also arrived looking almost a big as hubby's which was made with whole eggs. Many places charge extra for separating your eggs but these folks didn't charge and didn't bat and eye. Hubby and i both ordered the green chile omelet. We arrived for a late breakfast and were thrilled to find that they serve breakfast all day as well as having lunch and dinner options. Additionally there's a small shaded patio area further right (which you might see if you park out front in one of the right side spaces). When you walk in the door there is a dining room and another exists off to the right. Once there though, there is parking in the front (limited) and the back (lots more). First off, finding this little place might be a bit of a challenge as it's in a slightly industrial area and the sign is on the front of the building so you'll have to be on the lookout for it. Value for the price paid is excellent and service was everything I could have asked for. It's also tasty and served piping hot as it should be. They were spot on! Food is PLENTIFUL so be sure you know what you're ordering before it arrives or you may be eating leftovers for a couple days afterwards (but that's not bad either!). ![]() Staying at a local RV park for a couple weeks to handle a medical issue and ran into folks at the gym who recommended this place.
